Their website promises to ship within 24 hours. It took 3 phone calls and 9 days to receive these in the same state! Every phone call I was promised it would go out that day and not once did I ever receive a tracking number. Even once it shipped, I never received a tracking number and I had to call for them to tell me it was finally delivered that afternoon(I was at work still) and the reason for no tracking number was it had to be entered manually…the whole ordeal- ridiculous and unprofessional. The delay was due to the shipping department being behind is what I was told every time I called and “don’t worry I’ll make sure it’s shipped out today” said each employee. Just wrong.
